Activbot provides AI-powered SaaS products, AI agent applications, and tailored software development services, including Scrumman and ProntoVid. We act as the data controller for user information under applicable data protection laws.
We collect data when you register, use our products, fill out forms, and through automated means such as cookies and analytics when you visit our website.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted processors under appropriate agreements. We use access controls and security measures to protect your data.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
You can access, correct, or delete your data by emailing privacy@activbot.com . You may withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable.

By accessing or using Activbot’s website and SaaS products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
Certain features may require payment. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law. Activbot may change fees with 30 days’ notice.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Activbot a licence to use that data to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, excluding your content, are owned by Activbot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or materials.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACTIVBOT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ACTIVBOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or inactivity. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
